About Learn4Change
Learn4Change is an education-focused initiative of Echoes of Hope, dedicated to transforming lives through access to learning, skills development, and digital empowerment.
What began as SheRise Afghanistan – a program designed to uplift Afghan women and girls through education and economic opportunity – has now evolved into a global learning movement for all.
Our mission is simple yet powerful:
to make learning the spark that drives social change, personal growth, and community resilience.
From SheRise to Learn4Change
SheRise Afghanistan was born from a data-driven initiative titled “The Socio-Economic Impact of Women’s Employment Restrictions in Afghanistan.”
This research illuminated a truth we could not ignore: education is not just a pathway to opportunity—it is the heartbeat of hope.
Through SheRise, we helped Afghan women and girls access education, build skills, and advocate for equality in one of the world’s most challenging contexts.
As our work grew, so did our vision.
Learn4Change now extends this mission globally—open to all learners, regardless of gender, geography, or background—because we believe that when one person learns, entire communities rise.
